We ordered personalize blinds for our business, Taylor Fit Studio in San Francisco's Cow Hollow neighborhood. As a small business owner, every dollar counts. We received a great value for our dollar, placing our order for a cordless roller blind during one of the Blinds Chalet sales. 40% off, coming in roughly around $200. The roller blind we ordered has our logo on it, so when it is unfurled, people see our brand. When we open up in the morning, we roll it up so passersby can see our awesome workout studio, plus we can see clients coming through our entrance. When the studio is in session, we close the blinds for privacy. I installed everything myself and it was easy (even though I am not super handy) and it turned out perfect. Thank you Blinds Chalet - I am blown away by how easy this was, I loved your phone support, and I will come back to you again. Cheers!

The logo looked great. however, the blinds were about 1/2 inch too narrow to look their best when installed.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
